60-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We want you to love your Heavelyn leggings. If you don't, you have 60 days from the date of delivery to return them for a full refund or exchange them for another size.
Returns
- Returns are free. Email us at contact.heavelyn@gmail.com with your order number and we'll send you return instructions.
- Items sent back without first contacting us cannot be accepted.
- Please send the leggings back clean, with all items from your order. Bundle orders are refunded based on the price you actually paid for each item.
Exchanges
Wrong size? Exchanges for a different size are free. Tell us which size you need and we'll take care of the rest.
Refunds
Once your return arrives at our warehouse, we'll inspect it and notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 48 hours to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a few additional business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you still haven't received your refund, please contact us at contact.heavelyn@gmail.com.
Damaged or incorrect items
Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us right away if an item is defective, damaged or not what you ordered, so we can make it right at no cost to you.
Promotional items
Free gifts or gift cards included with a bundle are not refundable for cash.
Right of withdrawal (EU and UK customers)
Customers in the EU and UK also have a statutory right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. Our 60-day guarantee includes and extends this right.
