Shipping Policy

Free tracked shipping

Every order ships free with tracking. There is no minimum order amount and no extra fee at checkout.

Processing time

Orders are prepared and shipped within 1 business day (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship on the next business day.

Delivery time

Once shipped, most orders arrive within 2–5 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may be longer during peak periods or due to carrier delays outside our control.

Tracking

You'll receive an email with your tracking link as soon as your package leaves our warehouse. If you haven't received it within 2 business days of ordering, check your spam folder or contact us.

Address accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct. We aren't responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to update it before your order ships.

Lost or delayed packages

If your tracking hasn't updated for 7 business days, or your package shows as delivered but you can't find it, email us and we'll open an investigation with the carrier and make it right.

Duties and taxes

Prices shown at checkout are final. Any applicable duties or import taxes for your country are either included or shown before you pay.
